Manage Help Section – ZeusVPN Windows App
Require assistance? We’ve got you covered! Our application now incorporates a help section that grants access to the following features:
- Read FAQs
- Create a Support Ticket
- Live Chat
To view the help section, follow the instructions below:
- Click the Hamburger icon (≡) from the top left of the ZeusVPN app.
- Click Support.
- From there, you will be able to read FAQs.
To contact our support team and open a support ticket, simply access the ZeusVPN app and follow the instructions below. Our dedicated 24/7 support heroes will promptly assist you with any queries or concerns you may have.
- Click the Hamburger icon (≡) from the top left of the ZeusVPN app.
- Click Support.
- Click the Create Support Ticket tab.
- Once done, your request will be forwarded to the support team, who will get back to you as soon as possible.
- Click the Hamburger icon (≡) from the top left of the ZeusVPN app.
- Click Support.
- Click the Live Chat tab. And Click Chat with us.
