Manage Help Section – ZeusVPN Windows App
 

Require assistance? We’ve got you covered! Our application now incorporates a help section that grants access to the following features:

  1. Read FAQs
  2. Create a Support Ticket
  3. Live Chat
  4. To view the help section, follow the instructions below:

  • Click the Hamburger icon (≡) from the top left of the ZeusVPN app.
  • Click Support.
  • From there, you will be able to read FAQs.

To contact our support team and open a support ticket, simply access the ZeusVPN app and follow the instructions below. Our dedicated 24/7 support heroes will promptly assist you with any queries or concerns you may have.

  • Click the Hamburger icon (≡) from the top left of the ZeusVPN app.
  • Click Support.
  • Click the Create Support Ticket tab.
  • Once done, your request will be forwarded to the support team, who will get back to you as soon as possible.

  • Click Support.
  • Click the Live Chat tab. And Click Chat with us.
