Before switching between protocols in the ZeusVPN app, make sure to disconnect first. You can review and adjust the VPN protocol settings by disabling the “Automatic Protocol Selection” option.
The VPN protocol you select can significantly impact the performance and stability of your connection, making it essential to choose the appropriate one when connecting to a VPN server. ZeusVPN suggests the automatic protocol, as it selects the most suitable connection setting for you. However, if the automatic protocol option doesn’t meet your needs, you can manually switch between different protocols.
Protocol Guide:
Wireguard: (Recommended) :
Wireguard offers a swift and secure VPN connection for browsing and streaming.
UDP:
UDP is primarily employed for streaming and downloading, offering a fast VPN connection with moderate encryption.
TCP:
TCP is more reliable but slightly slower, typically used for web browsing.
IKEv2:
IKEv2 is one of the fastest VPN protocols, providing a stable connection, and is usually used for streaming and downloading.
